Swett: Republican in Democrat’s clothing

As an Iraq combat veteran and a member of the Democratic wing of the Democratic Party, I have become disgusted by Katrina Swett’s candidacy to represent the 2nd District in Congress and her recent unfounded attacks on Ann McLane Kuster.
Swett led the charge into Iraq alongside George W. Bush and Charlie Bass and now wants us to get bogged down deeper in Afghanistan. Unlike Swett and Bass, Kuster was against the invasion of Iraq and is against wasting more American lives in Afghanistan.
Swett’s recent smear campaign against Kuster is right out of the Republican playbook. I hope that the people of the 2nd District see right through her ruse and see Swett for what she really is: a Republican in Democrat’s clothing.
